I realize praying or meditating isn't the answer for everyone. However, when I find myself knee deep in chaos and despair it helps me reach a calmness where this strong silent voice whispers ( regardless of appearances or circumstance) it is going to be alright.
I love this picture and the thought that went into it. Praying, writing in a journal, focused breathing, watching something in nature, whatever works best to calm you down and ease your mind and heart, do it.
